H.4415 would prohibit private school buses that don’t conform to State Board of Education regulations on “painting, lettering on the front and rear of the bus, use of stop arm and warning lights for loading and unloading pupils on the highway, maximum speeds, and stopping at railroad crossings” from being painted the color of “National school bus glossy yellow”.

This is a ridiculous infringement on private property rights that can serve little to no public purpose.
