The economic impact of Supreme Court and Court of Appeals decisions play a significant role in determining the success or failure of aspiring individuals, business and industry and South Carolina as a whole.

This report is an attempt to assist them in their efforts to gain a better understanding of the three candidates for seat number 3 on the South Carolina Supreme Court and of the two candidates for seat number 6 on the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

This review assesses a sampling of each judges decisions (where available), bar evaluations and legal associations. The judicial decisions, by definition, will vary because of the purview of the different courts employing these candidates.
